Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, identity, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. dmc88 is not liable for losses or delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. dmc88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account settings. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility until you notify dmc88 of a security breach in writing.
dmc88 operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all withdrawals and for access to certain features. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and accept that:

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the Platform. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and Member tier. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed at the time of withdrawal request in the Member's Account cashier.
E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX and online banking transfers typically take 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours and are generally completed within the same working day for verified accounts with no outstanding compliance holds.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. dmc88 reserves the right to return funds and request alternative payment methods if this requirement is not met.
Unless otherwise specified, all transactions on dmc88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. dmc88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms outlined on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer selected by the Member.
dmc88 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offseting bets to exploit bonus mechanics, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, dmc88 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winings, and to terminate the Account without notice.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which is specified at the time of the offer. Unused bonus amounts that expire will be removed from the Member's Wallet automatically without compensation.
Cashback and rebate amounts are calculated based on net losses over a defined period and credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states they are credited as real cash. Cashback is not applied to losses incurred using bonus funds.
